QV 12.2 SR4 Module's not firing?

Good morning,

We upgraded from 11.2 SR13 to 12.2 SR4 last week since then the QVW's that have post reload triggers won't fire correctly (we don't have publisher so the post reloads are triggered using a batch file reload).  When testing through the desktop app the module screen opens and the cursor is left in the middle of the script and if I try to then run the script it tends to crash QV.  If I then open the QVW and run the module script it then seems to work.

I've also checked the 'Allow unsafe macro execution on server' and 'Allow macro execution on server' weren't wiped out during the upgrade

Has anyone experience any similar issues since upgrading?
