Hi Peter,

Thanks for your quick response,

I am entirely new into QV,

Some asking me, when you are view your application opening into access point,

What are steps you are follow it?

What are setting available into Access point and publisher  like path settings, URL settings, Common port opening (necessity ports), admin access rights, user access rights, document access right, filed level access rights, folder settings and access right.

And NTFS authorization (windows level control to access file), DMS authorization (QlikView controls file access).

There is one document where you'll find everything you need: QlikView Server Reference manual. It's not too thick, and has enough technical details to aid in preparing a future installation. Download from this discussion: Re: QlikView Server Reference Manual
