I think you need to be a bit more specific about your question. As, it is a very broad question and one can write a full guide on Qlik View cloud hosting.
As, person I really like QV cloud hosting and I think it is a great option for hosting QV app. However I have some reservations as well. As they don't give free trials to their users and that's where other hosting platforms grab some of the ground as the likes of DigitalOcean, hosting google, Cloudways etc.
