Has anyone else lost their User preferences on QV Desktop v11.2.
Sporadically this is occurring and is recognised as when starting up QV Desktop it prompts for language settings. Since this has happened a backup of Settings.xml has been taken and can be used to overwrite the file and put user preferences back in place quickly. This has occurred on 2 separate machines 3-5 times each over past month. It is reported that no domain policy is being pushed out to the machines to cause this loss of settings.
Has any one else seen this happen or have any suggestions where to look for a cause?
