QV IE Plug In

Hi All,

This question might be silly for you. Please help me in one issue.

When I open QV Access point in Windows XP IE, IE plug in is working fine. When I open the same in Windows 7, Dashboard is opening in AJAX mode.  Can you please siggest me how to open in IE plug  in windows 7? Do we need to install any software or need to set any option in Server side?

Try to update (or install) the IE plugin (click on "download internet Explorer plugin")

Thanks for the response. I did not get any prompt asking Download plug in. Do  we need to set any option to get it?

Maybe your browser is configured to disable download or to avoid popup,

verify it.
