QV Management Service Errors in Event Log

Hi everyone,

We have a dedicated QV server that shows a large amount of applciation errors inthe event log. These are as follows: - 

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Task scope does not include one or more of General, Reload, Reduce and Distribute

Parameter name: task

at PIX.Descriptions.DocumentTaskSummary.MakeSummary(DocumentTask task, List`1 allTasks)

at PIX.Descriptions.GetSummary(DocumentTask task, List`1 allTasks)

at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.FixDocumentPathAndSetSummaryForTaskStatus(TaskStatus taskStatus, List`1 allTasks, IPrincipal userPrincipal)

It also relates to this happening: -

An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry.

This was highlighted to be when the server crahsed and was forced to do a hard boot to get it back again.

Has anyone experiance of these messages or can tell me what they mean?

Server is windows 2003 64bit with 32gb ram (64gb installed but waiting on w2008 to be upgraded), running QV 10 latest release.
