QV Server Installation Error

Hi Experts,

I am installing QV Server 12 SR 5 on Windows 7.

When I am trying to install it throws following error (image attached below).

Kindly help me to install the QV server. If anyone has please provide installation guide of QV server 12 on Win-7.

I know its probably obvious but you have run the installer as an administrator?
