QV Server: Setting for "Identify user by [Machine name]"

Hi,

I'm trying to make QV Server setting for CAL, on QMC, turning on [Machine name] but [Apply] button clears settings I made.

How can I make activating setting [Machine name]?

-> No-ones are leased CAL yet
