I have in my QV application all sales data for all my customer from 2010 until this moment.
In this sales table there is:
- date of purchase
- item number
- group (items are devided into groups)
- qty
- selling price
For some of the items (depending on the group they are in) I want to do a customer analyse to detect if the customer is at risk.
In other words if the customer is depending on his purchase behavior overdue with his next order.
Can anybody help me with this?

I think you need something likeRecipe for an ABC Analysis and/or Buckets to get a database to be able respectively to get nearer to predict a customer behaviour within the future.
