QV document rendering different on IE and Chrome

Hi,

Can someone please explain what causes a qv App to render differently between browsers and hopefully how to go about resolving the issue. I am on QV 11 and using IE 11 and Google Chrome version 59. I able to copy objects to the clipboard as images on IE BUT on chrome I am unable to do so.

The below is how the document is rendering on IE vs Chrome

IE:

IE.PNG

Chrome:

Chrome.PNG

kindly note any info I can use to investigate this will be appreciated.

Hi,

It is because on IE you might be opening the application using the IE plugin and on chrome you must be opening using the Ajax version.

Try opening Ajax mode in IE and see the difference.

Thank you Kaushik,

I notice that the ajax mode is not enabling me to copy objects images to the clipboard I am forced to take a screen of a graph object. The IE plugin mode is enabling me to copy objects images to the clipboard. Is a way to fix this?

IE plugin Mode

Katlego,

I believe you can use Shift-Ctrl Right click, then select Copy, to copy the image via ajax.

Good luck
