Hi,
i have an issue. I did some search in the community but seems no one has experienced this issue yet.
I have 30 different Apps in Access Point.
access to any app in Access Point by user that consumes resource in CPU or RAM.
This occurs instantly when user click app in Access Point.
however, there is one app which doesn't show this.
I can see User is on that App from QMC (Status->QVS Statistics)
this is so weird but there is no movement in CPU or Memory consumption.
User gets eventually session lost or no connection.
all apps work fine but one app has this issue.
can any one get me a tip?

FYI - i just listed below that i have done so far.
Service restart
Server Restart
Folder QlikTeck or PGO file has been removed and recreated by QV service but didn't help.
Problem solved.
installed SR12 QV
problem solved.
