QV trying to run and old instance

I’m running into an issue and I’m not sure where to look.  We renamed a QV instance and it’s working fine, but QV is trying to run the old instance as well.  We renamed ABC International to ABC Rebates, however QV is still trying to run ABC International- make all QVD’s.  I have looked everywhere on the QV Mgmt Consoles, but I can’t find any reference to ABC International. 

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Create a dummy QVW with the old name. Then disable (no publisher) or delete (publisher) the old task. Then delete the dummy qvw.
