is there a user manual available for Business users ? [ NOT developer manual ] Please assist .

Normally , User manual is project specific so you will not find such kind of document on community .

You can prepare it by taking screen shot of your application by viewing it on client.

Anyway, I also think that specific screenshots of your application would also be very helpuful, always combined with these business users courses from QlikView.
