QV10 bug or expected behaviour?

Through QV9 I have used the "Show All Values" dimension property in charts to show ALL dates relevant over a given period in conjunction with the "Supress When Value is Null" property, even if for the given selections there are no transactions for a specific date. I have noticed with version 10 the behaviour has changed such that an additional row will be displayed (with a null value.)

The attached QVW depicts this. In this example, I don't have any Magazine quantities for the week ending 12/17, but still want to see a column when using the date field in a pivot table. Works as expected in v9, but I can't make it work cleanly in v10.

Has anyone else come across this or have any suggestions for workaround? I'm wondering if this change between v9 and v10 is intended?

Thanks -Isaiah

Any thoughts? To clarify, I'm trying to show all dates in a pivot table regardless of whether or not there are matching fact records based on selections.
