QV11 SR 10 to SR12 patch

I need  suggestion from you related to QV 11 SR12 patch. We are using SR10

Machine 1- Installed

QV directory service

QV server service

Machine 2- - Installed

QV distribution service

QV management service

Machine 3- - Installed

QV IIS web server

During the time of SR 12 patch-

Machine 1- I need to select 1) QV directory service 2)QV server service check boxes

Machine 2- I need to select 1) QV distribution service 2)QV management service  check boxes

Machine 3- What should I select?

QV IIS web server or QV Web Server?

IIS is Microsoft IIS Web Server which could be used instead of QV Web Service (server)....

If you are using IIS as the server for AccessPoint then the QlikView Settings Service should be running also. Do you have this service on any of the machines?

Are you looking for the profile selection when running the installer? If that is so, for machine 3, it should be

Select Custom installation, select profiles

Under profiles select Webserver

Below that, select IIS

Do we need to uninstall earlier version before upgrade sr 12 patch?

You don't need to uninstall anything, the SR12 installer will handle it.

we have qlikview directory service and qlikviser server installed in machine 1. But i am not getting directory option in the below screenshot-

The selection will appear after you select webserver
