Hello Sri,

It could be many things:
Which version of QVS are you running
Have you checked the QV Management Console to check the services are running?
Is the QV Server licenced
Are you using QV Access point or Microsoft IIS
Is there security permissions that might be stopping access etc

Regards,
Peter

Hi Sri,

You could check if the server PC can open the access point dirrectly from http://localhost/qlikview
If you get an error you could double check the QlikView services are running in windows, there should be 6 running services.

Also is this a fresh V9 install or an upgrade?

Thanks,
Peter.
