QVS .share file and different expression values

I have a QVS showing different information in the webview than the source document is showing in the app view: All expression in the webview are showing zero value, while the all same expressions in the app view have the correct value.

The solutions seems to be to delete the .share file in the QVS document folder. The next time the user accesses the dashboard it will be refreshed with the correct information, but i have no idea what caused the issue and why that is the solution.

Does this seem familiar to anyone? Any clues?

The .share file contains user created content and user bookmarks, including the temp bookmarks used to maintain remembered session state.  I can think of two potential causes for what you are seeing.

1. Sometimes, the remembered session state causes problems with documents. This can be cleared/corrected by clicking the "Show Details" link and Access Point and selecting "Remove Last Document State".

2. I've seen users create a copy of a chart on top of the document chart, modify the copy so it doesn't work and leave it on top of the document chart. It appears that the document chart has problems, but moving the chart will reveal that there are two charts.

Thank you for your time Rob. I excluded your 2 hypothesis and will keep monitoring for other similar issues.
