QVSTunnel.dll not installed error message

We recently upgraded to Version 9.0 R2 and are using the Qlikview Webserver which was installed using the default settings. Now, one of our users cannot connect to the webserver and he is getting the error message that he cannot open the QVSTunnel.dll . We did a file search on the Qlikview server for QVSTunnel.dll and the file was not found.

Does anyone know how this dll file gets installed?
