QVW will not load in Access Point

Hello!

I have a very large QVW (3GB) that I loaded to my server. The QVW opens on the server and I am able to click through and access everything. The issue occurs when I try to access the QVW via Access Point. The document shows up, even a preview thumbnail appears, but it does not load when I click on the QVW in Access Point (see picture below). Please help!
