Please how to insert data directly through a form , from QlikView to database ( Access 2007 )?

Hi

QlikView is a BI Dashboard / Analysis tool that is very good at reading data from databases and is not designed to write to them.

There are various methods, some most obtuse, to warp what is was designed for and write back to databases, but I personally concentrate on QlikView's out of the box strengths.

Best way (and easiest) is exporting to csv and importing using your database tools

Hi,

In fact QlikView CAN insert data into databases. It is not standard functionality, but it can be done through macros. Check some other articles on the forum and/or try google.
