Qlik Branch ID and PW it is same like Qlik View forum ?

Hi All

I forget my PW at Qlik Branch.

I try to get the new password by click on forget password.

when i get email reply on reset password , i click on the link.

when i enter the ID , it keep said that

so it it asking for  your userID   [enter your user id]

along with new password now you can reset the password.

My i know it is the same ID as Qlik View forum ?

I enter my Qlik View ID = paulyeo11

it keep display no user ID found.

i think no. while you create login for this branch  you might have given other name 

hence it will not take the forum id.

Hello Sir,

Your Github and Community passwords are not same. You have to create your own
