Qlik Customer survey salutation

Dear all,

I just have a short question regarding the current Qlik customer survey. Is everyone called Ruben ?

I became a little bit confused if this is correct or not. I think it should be the the correct name if you addressed directly or just a general salutation.

Would be nice if someone could let me know if this is correct or not.
