Qlik Demo for queue management

Anybody knows about a demo for queue management, showing KPIs like average waiting time in queue, number of customers waiting in queue, number of customers served, by branch, by queue, by period and so on.

I have also reviewed the demo site and have not found any queue-management related document. Maybe the document under Helpdesk Management can be similar to what you are lloking for (http://www.qlik.com/us/explore/solutions/functions/it)

There is a Call Center demo at Qlik Demos: See QlikView in Action | Demo.Qlik.Com. It offers a few of the KPI's you mention, albeit in a different form. The HelpDesk demo may be useful as well.
