I have faced the below error thrice in a weeks

Can you please help let us know if we can avoid the server related issues.

500 - Internal server error.There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Ok, these are the web server logs, but not the ones from the periods when you got this error three times (just those from today and yesterday).

In your OP, you said that you got this error three times in the last week. Can you post the logs from this entire period in which you got these error messages in your browser?

When you check your services.msc is your QVWS service running? Did you check your QMC if QVWS running like here: Go to QMC -> Status tab -> Services. Check if your QVWS is running.
