I guess his QVWS is indeed running, because that's the one generating the "500 - Internal Server Error..." message
Unfortunately, IMHO this can mean anything, from low memory to DLL problems or .NET crashes, whatever. We need more information about this crash, and I think (I hope!) it can be found in the web server logs.
Ali, can you please post the latest web server logs in this thread? They can be found on the machine running the QVWS in folder:
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log
All log files are numbered sequentially, up to the current one. You can figure out the period they cover by inspecting their Last Modification date. Put all files from the period in which you are getting these errors in an archive (like a .ZIP file) and attach it to this thread. Thanks.
Ok, these are the web server logs, but not the ones from the periods when you got this error three times (just those from today and yesterday).
In your OP, you said that you got this error three times in the last week. Can you post the logs from this entire period in which you got these error messages in your browser?
