We have a google map in one of our pages but can't access the properties to it. I am accessing it directly on the server with admin access. It was put in almost 3 years ago and we haven't made many adjustments since so I'm not sure when we stopped being able to do this.
Can you please try to download the dasboard from the server to your personal computer and them try in the QlikView Personal Edition to access the properties. If you could do this, then you'll be able to upload the upgraded version of the dashbaord.
If this doesn't help, please post a sample screenshot that elustrates your problem.
