Qlik view Server & Publisher installation on IIS

Hi

This is the First time iam doing this.

Can any one please let me know how to instal qlikview server on win 2012  on physical server and publisher on the VM and we will be using the IIS

Please let me know the steps to for the installation it would be great if any one can let me know in detail.

1) Qlikview server  installation on Physical server

2) Publisher on Virtual Machine

Please help me.
