Can anyone explain me about this requirement, how can I generate ETL with this

 DB: ODSDEV Source : HR.RISKONNECT_EMPLOYEES_VW Incremental: RISK.SFC_ACTIVITY_REPORT_ODS RISK.SFC_BACKORDERS_ODS
