Hi.
I have QlikSense v 3.0 installed.
I have created a map object and set a slippy map url as the background.
In Desktop, the background map does not show. I have an internet connection.
I logged into Cloud and imported the app, in there the map background is showing perfectly.
There must be a setting in my Browser, or in the administrator settings, that is blocking the url.
I am using Internet Explorer 11.
Does anyone have suggestions for me? I can use the Cloud, but would really like to see the map in Desktop.
Thanks.
Pete
Peter Burges,
have you solved this problem? I am getting the same, but in my case the fact is that I'm under a proxy, and it looks like the Qlick Sense Desktop doesn't allow us to change the connection to this proxy. I guess they hardcoded it. I tried to find a solution for this, but nothing until now.
I can use the localhost hub, and the map background appears normally.
Does anyone has a solution for this?
Hi Anderson.
Sorry, no answer to this. We are under a proxy here too.
Problem still exists.
Pete
