QlikSense auto-deleting field in dataload editor

I uploaded a couple of tables via the data load editor, but for some reason one of my fields (if named the same as another field) gets automatically deleted. See below for a snapshot of the data model. As you can see in the SpTempTable, there is a field called VaccineName which I want to connect to VaccTypeMap. Its the same field as VaccName in VaccTypeMap. But if i were to rename VaccineName to VaccName, QlikSense auto-deletes the field from SpTempTable. Not sure why this is!!
