QlikVie upgrade help

Hello,

Our customer is planning to upgrade QlikView version 12.0 to 12.30. This is for Enterprise Edition and Server both. So, I'd like to ask if somebody has documentation on upgrading QlikView or can list general prerequisites for the upgrade and vice versa.

Is your customer upgrading Qlikview on the existing machine or are they moving it to a new machine?

We always recommend people perform an upgrade in a test environment that mirrors the production environment so they can make sure the production upgrade goes smoothly.  There have been many bug fixes and performance improvements made from 12.0 to 12.30.

The upgrade will be on the existing system(s) namely Dev, Test and Prod.
