QlikView 11.20 SR4 has stopped working

I get this message when I try to open a file created by one of my cohorts under an adminqlikview user id.

I am logged on as myself and whilst I have access to the QMC I can't seem to open his documents. I logged on under the adminqlikview user and was able to open the document easily.

What am I missing? I'm assuming its a security issue but I don't know what it is. I am a member of the highlighted group shown in the attachment.
