I've run into this on occasion and cannot seem to figure out what causes it. While working in a straight table in QV 12, when I launch the chart's Properties window and select the Sort tab, the Properties window closes and I can no longer select anything within my qvw. I have to perform a Ctrl+Alt+Del, close my qv task, and then my app will either close or it will reveal a hidden "save document" window. My only guess at this point is that I think it has something to do with a bug associated with using my mouse to drag dimension columns and expression column left and right so that not all the dimensions are grouped together and not all expressions are grouped together. Has anyone else seen this behavior or have ideas on what is going on? I usually have to revert back to a previously saved qvw OR rebuild my chart to get past it. Thanks.
