What is the full version of the Desktop Client you are running, xx.xx.xxxxx? The only thing that comes to mind is some sort of Group Security Policy being applied that is blocking things, as you have System DSNs and you did check the Force32, so I would expect they should be visible. If you can supply version info, can see if there were any issues in that release related to being able to see the DSNs.
