QlikView AccessPoint Preview Image

Hello,

I am at a loss when some Dashboards do not show any preview images within AccessPoint.

In each dashboard, I always set to Document Thumbnail to Opening Sheet.

Why would some dashboard load the image file, and some do not? 

Is it related to .qvw.share file?  What does that file really contain of?  Does it need to be removed whenever the dashboard is refreshed?

I'm just guessing here, so your help will be appreciated.

Thank you, it depends on the version that are you working, in QlikView 12.xx works fine.
