Long Description:

[Steps to reproduce bug]

1) Create an excel file with multi word fields

2) Import it to QV using the hierarchy wizard

     from the load script editor, selact table file / the excel doc / next / next / hierarchy / next

[Bug Result]

The generate code is invalid because it lacks [] around field names

The [ ] characters are added around the fields
