Plesea tell me the real life scenarios for using different chart types in QlikView(Which chart to prefer over other)

What a question !

Charts depends of the kind of your data.

Prefer a bar chart to a pie  chart.

Use scatter plot to show correlations between 2 variables (even 4 if you use the size & the color of the bubbles).

Use treillis to make comparizon.
