QlikView works on AQL. So when you make any selection it will automatically reflects to other sheet also. This is an advantage of QlikView.

You get selection and filters same thorough out the apllication.
If you want some filters on single charts you can detach it and remove all the filters.
By this only the detached chart will keep applied filter and reamin constant.
Reason is that Every source is connected in datamodelling through common field.
so when you select one filed in one source I reflect the related record of that selection.
I have a advantage and disadvantage both.
