QlikView Dashboard not loading in access point

Hi Team,

I have any issue,

I have implemented section access in dashboard and it was working fine in access point also,

Suddenly, the dashboard is not loading for all users, and the same dashboard opening in production system.

May I know what may be the issue and how to fix?

For all users, Means? We are just throwing the luck. May be explain little more

Till yesterday every user able to load the dashboard in access point, but today they are unable to load the same dashboard.

But the other dashboards which are not having section access all are opening fine.

Only one dashboard not opening and section access implemented here.

Hi Sampath,


Place where this issue might be caused is the shared and meta files in access point might be deleted or corrupted

If your shared and metafiles are available then open this file and check whether which user is having what access.

Try redistributing this document again.
