Not supported anymore doesn't mean that they are generally unsure. It are OS system libraries and if they exists within a current OS release they could be regarded as "ok". You may notice that there are newer releases of these libraries also there or in other words several different release might exists in parallel.
You may play with a new installation of of the newest QlikView and/or the OS releases if they further relate to the elder libraries or the newer ones. Also a manipulating of the registry might be working - but honestly I wouldn't go this way else just reversing the removal of the elder libraries.
