QlikView Help Contents not showing up on QlikView Personal Desktop

I installed qlikview desktop and qlikview help contants are not visible. When ever I Qlik on HELP => ? or Contents I am being taken to website and not the help contents in tool. Can you please let me know if on the tool help content is available than online help? And does that require a license to install offline help content in Qlikview?

I think the help for QlikView has been moved online start QV 12. There is no other help available, but you should be able to find all the help you need on the online help.
