QlikView Http Service can't Start

Hi

We Have QlikView standard Edition 8.5 and we deliver our applications with QlikView Analyser , The Problem is The QlikView Http Service can't Start We have this Error :

1053 - service did not respond to the request to launch or control

this is why we can't see any document in the list of document in QlikView Analyser

We fix the problem , we have desactived the acess to internet four our qvserver for security reason and apperantly the service " QlikView Http Service" so when he try to acces to the net it take serveral time and the time out stop the servie , so we simply reconnect the server to the internet
