I have a question about QlikView Personal Edition and Licensed Edition.
A) Am I able to open any files sent by a user with Licensed Edition using Personal Edition software?
B) If I create a file using Personal Edition, can a Licensed Edition user open it?

A) NO, however you could open files from another users only a few times (3 or 4). After that, you can't open any file from another computer at all.
B) YES, one user with licensed Qlikview can open all the Qlikview files that he want.

The Personal Edition gives you full Desktop Client functionality but only allows you to open QlikView apps created on your PC/laptop.
Any QVW files you create with the Personal Edition are fully-functioning QlikView apps that can be opened by anyone with a license.
