QlikView QMC Task

Hi all,

In QMC, what is the max No. of jobs run in parallel.

We got the error Failed to allocate the QlikView engine.

Could someone please explain me how to resolve this issue.

Seems, This issue if for Timeout. Can you tell us which version you are in currently?

That's not an error. It says "Information" in front. The QDS will attempt to allocate a reload engine a number of times, and will keep trying as long as the maximum number of retries isn't exhausted. Every failed attempt will be documented. Apparently attempt 8 was successful.

The second screenshot points to a different error and this time for real: QDS finally managed to allocate an available reload engine and then discovers that it cannot open your document due to no access. You better check whether the service account is listed in the Section Access table of your document...

Easiest way: ask the document developer.
