Hey Qlik Community!
I have an app that is used by hundreds of users, and they heavily rely on bookmarks.
The qlikview repository for bookmarks is now extremely cluttered. Is there a way to
a) get subfolders within the qlikview repository or
b) get a search functionality for the bookmarks?
Another alternative I thought of is a separate sheet that would have prebuilt bookmarks to select from in a dropdown and apply with a button. However, this is a little cumbersome and would like if there was something out of the box I can use.
Thank you for your help.
David, I am not aware of any means to do what you are asking, but I am including the Help link for the Repository, so you can be sure you are aware of what is available to you:
The only other place I could point you would be the SDK/API area if you want to delve into whether there is a means to get to things and do something else as you had discussed:
