QlikView Tunnel Error

Hello All,

While opening any Dashboard from QlikView Access point, I am getting attached error.

Can anyone guide me the reason for this error and how to fix it permanently?

Also, I would like to know how to check if QlikView setup is on IIS or Web server?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Imran Khan

Hi Imran,

Can you open any of the QVWs using the AJAX client? Does the issue occur when attempting to open a QVW using IE Plugin client only?  If just occurring with IE Plugin, then check to ensure that port 4747 is open on the client PC so that it can communicate with the QlikView Server. You can use telnet to verify "telnet servername/IP address 4747".

Hope this helps
