QlikView Users To Access from Web Page

Hi All,

We hosted our QlikView Dashboard in the server and are trying to access from the production environment by creating a single user which is the same for any user who logs in to the application.

We are facing issues when two different users login at the same time. When two users are interacting with the dashboard, one of them is getting disconnected or is able to look the changes whcih were made by other user.

Is there are possibility to prevent this issue by using only one user who is registered in the QlikView Server or Do we need to create all users in QlikView server and pass the User ID's?

Please let me know if anyone of you have faced similiar scenario.

Thanks,

Sai Krishna

The licensing terms do not allow you to use the same userid from two different machines at the same time. You need to provide a Client Access License for each user that will access the dashboard. That license may be a Named User, a Document CAL, or a Session CAL (plus a few other exotic types). If you have question about the best license type for your deployment, contact your local QT Rep.
