		Hi All,
I am looking to access QlikView 10 from Internet. Right now the accesspoint is available on the QlikView server in my Organization within a domain.
The requirement is to be able to access the access point from Internet via Windows Authentication.
If the User enters the URL from the internet world, this must ask for credentials and then do an windows authentication to take the User to the access point.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
thanks,
Rajesh Vaswani

		Hi,
Simply assign the Public IP address to your qlikview Server, so that it can be accessible from the internet.
This can be a risky, cause security will be very less. For more information on network security you can consult to your network team

Hi,
You can contact your network team, they will assign a public IP/URL to the server, which will be avaiable on internet too.

Amay

Thanks for your Reply. Would Windows Authentication be possible over the Internet?
We would have a setup like
QV Server --> Apache Server --> Internet
The authentication would happen with the AD Group.
thanks,
Rajesh Vaswani

		Hi,
As far as i know, when you give login page of qlikview over Internet it will authenticate against the AD only.

Hi,
Custom login page is used when you create your own login page or you want to use some other login page rather than default qlikview login page.
Also, it will be able to authenticate against your windows AD ID only.
HTH

Amay
