Just went to Windows 10 on my PC (from WIN7), using QV11.20 SR11, and IE11 (and IE plug-in). When selecting a new sheet within a dashboard, I have to use my arrow keys to go up & down the sheets, not my mouse. Does this happen for you?
Check your mouse and restart your system. If it works then fine otherwise I would suggest you download and install latest QlikView setup on your system.
