we had a similar problem 2 years ago. After a load got stuck during the night, we restarted the server.
After the restart and accessing the mngm console all the loads processes and the licence were missing.
We restored the "C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer" folder after shutting down the qv services and the licence was again availible. But the tasks (load processes) are still not there. Do we have to restore more things?

I've retrieved the data from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR\Backups
Backuped the files of C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR\
And pasted the files from the backup
That worded like a swiss watch
